Request Account Deletion

At Tooo, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Log in to the Tooo App on your device.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Alternatively, if you cannot access the app, you can submit a deletion request using the form below.

Data Retention Policy

  • Deleted Data: Account profile (Name, Email), User Content (Notes, Tasks), and App preferences.
  • Retention Period: Once requested, your data is immediately deactivated and permanently deleted from our active servers within 90 days.
  • Partial Deletion: We do not provide a way for users to request that only some of their data be deleted without deleting their account. However, user data is automatically deleted within 90 days of account deletion.
